Here is the new pricing guide that I will be useing for my future sets.
2D Figure sets will be $1.95
In these sets you will receive anywhere from 8-16 figures. Each will be supplied in 2 colors, blanks and vector parts. Once I get a CraftRobo the cutting files will be included as well.
2.5d/3d sets will have a varying price depending on difficulty level /number of pages.
2.5d/3d simple sets will be 2.95
2.5d sets will contain anywhere from 1-3 pages of parts in 2 colors blanks and vector parts.
3d sets will contain anywhere from 1-3 pages of parts and will be supplied in 10 colors, blanks and vector parts.
2.5d/3d moderate sets will be 3.95
2.5d sets will contain anywhere from 4-6 pages of parts in 2 colors blanks and vector parts.
3d sets will contain anywhere from 4-6 pages of parts and will be supplied in 10 colors, blanks and vector parts.
3d advanced sets will be 5.95
2.5d sets will contain anywhere from 6-9 pages of parts in 2 colors blanks and vector parts.
3d sets will contain anywhere from 6-9 pages of parts and will be supplied in 10 colors, blanks and vector parts.
3d expert sets will be 6.95
These sets will be based on the complexity of the model and how much time and effort goes into the development.
3d Master Quality sets will be 14.95
Think forgeworld in paper. I have a few models that only a few insane people out there such as me would build. These are very detailed models consisting of a crap load of parts many of them small and complex. You will not see one of these guys for at least year possibly more (there so insane its gona take me that long to design and test build one).
That is it in a nut shell. This is just a guide I will be using and the prices and descriptions are not set in stone (had to get that in there for the boring legal crap) but I think that the set up will work out nicely. I might revamp it once I get some more sets under my belt but I feel it’s a nice fit. Kind of in between what other publishers are doing. My last hurdle for the start up of my site is to get a silhouette SD (the fund is now 52% complete thanks to your support and a small donation from my wife). Once this is done then I feel my stuff will be at least as good as my fellow designers.
Thanks to everyone who has helped this site get started!
